Assessment
We discuss your plans, your customers in Germany and your employees; we determine whether a licence is needed and which requirements apply.
To lease employees in Germany lawfully, you need a licence under the German Employee Leasing Act (AÜG), issued by the Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit). We are a Lithuanian company and help Lithuanian employers obtain this licence: we assess eligibility, prepare the documents and accompany the whole procedure together with our partners in Germany.

The licence is first issued for one year, then extended for another year, and after three years of uninterrupted activity it can be granted for an unlimited period. At every stage there are many details the agency looks at — we take care of them for you.

In some cases no licence is required and the work can be done under a service or works contract. We assess the risks in borderline cases and advise which model is safer.
The equal treatment principle (equal pay) or an industry collective agreement. The first is more flexible, the second easier to administer when assignments change often. We help you choose.
In some sectors (care, cleaning, painting) mandatory minimum wages apply, and in construction — contributions to SOKA-Bau. We check what applies in your case, including social security contributions for cross-border assignments.
None of these circumstances is a mandatory reason for refusal, but each requires additional explanations to the agency. Knowing them in advance, we prepare the arguments.

We prepare the application, the company and management documents, the description of the business and remuneration model, and the German translations.
We file the application with the agency, answer its questions, and once the licence is issued — remind you of the extension and help with reporting.
Tell us the sector and the number of employees — we will assess whether a licence is needed and what to prepare.
