Choosing the legal form

Name
We check that the name does not clash with registered companies or trademarks and reserve it.
Incorporation documents
We draw up the act or agreement of incorporation and the articles of association: governing bodies, business objectives, capital.
Registered office
Every company needs a registered address confirmed by the owners of the premises. No premises? We provide an address.
Bank account
The accumulative account is opened remotely. The share capital (UAB — from EUR 1,000) or the member’s contribution (MB — any amount) is paid into it.
Registration
You sign the documents electronically, we file them with the Centre of Registers. The company is usually registered within a few working days.
