JANGIS filing

Every company must submit data on its beneficial owners — the natural persons who ultimately own or control it — to the Centre of Registers. We complete the JANGIS filing (the beneficial owners subsystem) and update the data when it changes.

Who is a beneficial owner

Whose data must be submitted

A beneficial owner is a natural person who directly or indirectly holds more than 25% of the shares or votes or otherwise controls the company. If there is none, the manager is reported.

  • Groups of companies — the whole ownership chain up to the natural person
  • If no beneficial owner can be identified — the manager
