JANGIS filing
Every company must submit data on its beneficial owners — the natural persons who ultimately own or control it — to the Centre of Registers. We complete the JANGIS filing (the beneficial owners subsystem) and update the data when it changes.
Whose data must be submitted
A beneficial owner is a natural person who directly or indirectly holds more than 25% of the shares or votes or otherwise controls the company. If there is none, the manager is reported.
- Shareholders and MB members holding more than 25%
- Persons controlling the company through other companies or arrangements
- Groups of companies — the whole ownership chain up to the natural person
- If no beneficial owner can be identified — the manager

Filing and upkeep
We identify the beneficial owners
We review the shareholder structure and determine what must be reported and on what basis — especially important when the shareholders are other companies.
We complete JANGIS
We submit the data in the Centre of Registers’ system using your manager’s electronic signature or under a power of attorney.
We update
When shareholders or the manager change, the data must be updated within 10 days. We remind you and update it.
