ESI certified extract

The electronic certified extract (ESI) is an official document of the Centre of Registers about a company, certified with an electronic seal. Banks, notaries, tender organisers and foreign partners ask for it. We order it within hours.

When you need it

The most common situations

The ESI has the same legal force as a paper extract, but is obtained faster and can be sent by e-mail.

  • When opening an account at a bank or payment institution
  • When taking part in public procurement and tenders
  • When concluding transactions at a notary
  • When submitting documents to foreign partners or authorities (with translation and apostille)
  • When registering vehicles, licences and permits
Types

Which extract to order

Short extract

Key data: name, code, registered office, manager, legal form, status. Suitable for most everyday cases.

Extended extract

Additionally — business activities, participants, capital, registered changes and their history. Needed by banks, notaries and tenders.

For use abroad

We translate the extract into the required language and, if needed, certify it with an apostille or a notarised translation.
