Registered office address

Every company must have a registered office address entered in the Register of Legal Entities. If you have no premises or want to change your current address, we provide an address and prepare all documents for the Centre of Registers.

Registered office

What it is and why you need it

It is the official address through which public authorities and partners contact the company. It is needed not only at incorporation — an operating company can change its address at any time.

  • Registered address for an unlimited period or for one year
  • Receipt and forwarding of correspondence
  • Consent of the premises’ owners — electronically signed within hours
  • Address change documents for the Centre of Registers

How it works

Two ways to provide an address — plus mail

Electronically

If you have an electronic signature, we sign the consent for the premises remotely — no visit to the Centre of Registers. It usually takes up to one working day.

Paper documents

We prepare the consent and other documents on paper — you only have to file them with the Centre of Registers.

Correspondence

We receive letters addressed to the company and notify you by e-mail or forward them to the address you specify.

Address change

Changing your registered office?

When the address changes, we prepare all documents for the Centre of Registers — whether you move to the address we provide or to one of your own.

What we need

  • Company name and code
  • The new address: ours or your own premises
  • If the premises are yours — the owners’ details and the unique number of the premises
  • The premises must not be under seizure
